Getting Things Done

We learned so much by reading David Allen's book Getting Things Done as he breaks time management down into simple concepts. Probably the best recommendation he gives is to group your tasks into easy to manage projects. By grouping your tasks into projects, they are easy to reference, easy to work on, and easy to complete.
